With over 20 years of coaching and leadership experience, Julia has consistently built and led high-performing teams across industries such as financial services, creative, and technology.
It was during this time that she discovered the transformative power of authenticity and connection. Even when her teams were handling seven-figure strategic negotiations, their success wasn’t defined by intelligence, professionalism or even years of experience. It hinged on their belief, groundedness, and confidence in their conversations with clients. Those who thrived were the ones whose bodies—and consequently, their demeanor—were at ease in holding the energy of such high-stakes discussions.
Julia is also an entrepreneur. Since 2020, she has co-founded I Love Typography, a global font marketplace, and runs her own strategic sales consultancy.
Her strong foundation in leadership and coaching, combined with deep experiential training by Nicky Clinch (creator of BodyMind Maturation Method™️) has powerfully evolved into her maturation coaching practice, which integrates insights from ontology (the nature of being human), somatic healing, Chinese medicine, consciousness, and quantum science.
