Sales Strategy and Deep Transformation, From Root to Creation

I built, coached, and led top-performing sales teams for 20 years in the corporate world. In finance, creative, and tech. From call centre teams to enterprise sales, negotiating six and seven-figure strategic deals. We had a lot of fun (not every day, but overall) and we were extremely successful. To be honest, it came easily to me. Some of my closest friends now are people I worked with. We were human, motivated, and driven, but we never got too lost in the corporate ways.

But for years, I knew employment wasn’t for me. At 40, I finally left that world to build my own businesses. I had always known this was the path I wanted, and I was desperate to leave the UK too. So I took the leap. The best thing I ever did.

My strategic sales consultancy grew quickly. I focused on helping small business clients with high-value pricing and sales strategy. Five, six, and hopefully seven figures. I turned my knowledge into courses, then seminars. Everything was flowing, and I was working with some amazing business owners.

But I kept seeing the same thing...

My clients loved my insights and my confidence in their pricing and potential. They would implement what we discussed and see amazing results. But they kept coming back for reassurance. They still searched for reasons why it was all too good to be true. Were they being greedy? Would it all fall apart if they aimed this high?

Even people advising them would tell them to play small because they had doubts too.

This was frustrating because I knew these strategies worked. I had seen them succeed over and over again. But their doubts were louder. And while it was amazing that they kept coming back and I could support them, I wanted them to believe it too.

Because these beliefs, these subconscious fears, don’t just affect pricing. They affect what someone believes is possible at all. And that dictates the actions they take.

So, long story short, my maturation coaching and my consulting naturally became more and more aligned.

That’s what led me to bring my sales leadership experience together with maturation coaching. Not surface-level mindset work, but deep transformation at the level where real change happens.

Now I support business owners with the 20% of success that is action and strategy and the 80% inner work (really the 80% impacts the 20% too, as explained above).

My approach brings together:
